Booking & cancellation policy: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure a place. Deposit is non refundable and non transferrable unless a doctor/veterinary note is provided. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the course. Should the balance payment not be made by this time, the student will risk forfeiting their place on the course and any deposit monies already paid; the instructor reserves the right to re-advertise the space without further notice to the student under such circumstances. Should a student cancel within two weeks of the course they will forfeit the full payment unless a doctor/veterinary note is provided, in which case a £15 administration fee will be automatically deducted from any refund. Riders should contact Terri Martinus if there is a need to cancel. Tuition will carry on whatever the weather unless the instructor deems it unsafe and cancels, e.g. extreme weather conditions. Payments will only be returned if the instructor cancels the tuition.
Generally we are unable to accommodate stallions at workshops or clinics. Please contact me to discuss this if you specifically wish to bring a stallion.
Students should be over the age of 16yrs for adult workshops. Kids under 16yrs should be
accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Students under 18yrs must have a
parents or guardians signature to attend.
Horses should be rideable for a ridden clinic/workshop – by rideable, we mean, able to walk, trot and canter under saddle and have had at least 30 rides.
